The interview process was simple (took about a month). It is usually a group interview, but mine was just one on one with a manager. The interview itself lasted about 15 minutes. I heard back from them after a week.

Tell me about yourself, have you worked in retail before, strengths/weaknesses, tell me of a time you had to deal with a difficult customer and how did you handle it, why do you want to work for us, and teamwork questions

very simple process. the interviewer was nice. we sat down, she asked a bunch of general questions like:
- tell me about yourself
- why do u wanna work here
- why Adidas
- what can u bring to the company

Easy. The manager made me feel comfortable from the beginning. It was more of a conversation than an interview. Questions were simple and did not require much thought. Just felt like I needed to be personable.

Entrevista
Soho location group interview which included standard questions, very chilled environment. I wore business casual attire. (No other logos) The interview was like having a conversation not a interrogation. Stay true to you not who you think they want you to be!
