Worst ever! Company that doesn't care for diversity and that is not open for different way of thinking.
There almost no woman in high positions and they do nothing to change.
It's an international company however requires German additionally to English, which makes no sense at all. I would definitely never work for such company like that.

Was genuinely excited about the opportunity to interview for a corporate role, but the experience was disappointing. The interview didn’t cover my work experience at all and instead included comments that felt personal and inappropriate for a professional setting. First impressions matter, and this interaction gave me clarity about the company’s culture. In hindsight, I see it as a positive outcome — it felt like dodging a bullet
