First, if your resume gets screened, you will receive an email with some simple questions about your location of residence and salary expectation and so. Then you will have a phone interview and if you succeed you will be called for a face-to-face interview

Talk briefly about your self? what sports are you interested in? why would you like to work for Adidas? They may give you a case-study about Accounting treatments and expect you to analyse it and show how would you react
First you receive an email. Once you pass the criteria of experience and qualifications and the questionnaire, you receive an invitation for a phone interview. Once passed, you receive an invitation for ace-to-face interview.
