I have been gone through interviewing process 2 times in last 1 year. last year they approached me via LinkedIn and after acceptance we made schedule for a call. after initial interview they selected for a Skype interview with their director and HR hiring manager. that was quiet a difficult competency based interview. No feedback of that interview was given neither by email nor on call or any other platform. Afterwards, recently few months back again they approached me for another managerial position at their HQ. this time a pre-recorded video interview was held that is a unique experience for me. still i am waiting for the feedback and they haven't given any feedback yet.
