First interview was via Skype. Recruiter and Manager attended. It was a pleasant call to introduce our selves and talk about would I fit in the culture and would culture fit me (very important for both sides, I would say...). The second one is on-site, pretty much the same just with 2nd line manager and with more emphasis on the business, challenges, how do you see them and how would you solve them.
