The hiring process included: telephone interview with HR, interview meeting with HR, then with a Line Manager. After interview meetings I wrote tests (SHL) and was invited to a new interview meeting with a Brand Director. In the meeting I got a task to visit Adidas Shops (2-3) and prepared a presentation (what liked/disliked, my opinions and offers). After that I got an offer.
