      Vague and unclear job description and requirements for the business development consultant position. Inconsistent or unprofessional communication with candidates during the recruitment process. Poor screening process that misses qualified candidates. Long, drawn-out recruitment process that discourages top candidates. Lack of transparency in the hiring process, including potential bias or discrimination. Insufficient feedback provided to candidates after interviews. Failure to follow up with candidates in a timely manner. Unstructured or disorganized interview process, leading to a poor candidate experience. Limited opportunities for candidate questions or engagement during interviews. Failure to adequately assess candidate qualifications and experience. Insufficient preparation or organization for interviews and assessments. Bias towards certain educational backgrounds or work experience. Inadequate clarity on job requirements and responsibilities. Unprofessional or inconsistent communication with candidates. Overemphasis on "culture fit" over skillset and qualifications.

      The questions appeared to be random and the interviewers lacked enthusiasm about their jobs. Furthermore, their lack of knowledge was evident in their unpreparedness and lack of appropriate questions for me. This continued for around 5 to 6 stages of the interview process, with one instance where they didn't show up at all. Despite waiting for a considerable time, they didn't apologize and instead shifted the blame onto someone else for the mistake.
