First stage is a phone call with the CTO. Then they give you a small exercise where you have to consume a 3rd party WEB API. Pretty standard, with the only difference that they expect a front end as well. The choice of programming languages and libraries is up to you which I think is pretty cool. The only give you 24 hours to complete which can be challenging when you are very busy.
