The interview process was exhaustive. There were two phone screens, one with the recruiter and then with the CEO. There were two in-person interviews. The first in-person was in their office, and I got to meet the executive team and we did a collective group panel where we brainstormed an existing problem they are trying to solve. Overall process was smooth and I really got a feel of the team.
