Probably one of the best interview process I've ever experienced. They're trying to remove the interview aspect from the interview making the conversation feels like a discussion between technical people. However, from those discussion, they are able to assess you very thoroughly. They will give a very thorough feedback regarding which area that you excel and to be improved immediately at the end of the interview. They also let you know their decision at the same day. During the process, in between the interview, HR is very transparent and will update you about the levels they're considering along with the salary range in those levels, which then you can decide if you still want to continue with the process. So, I believe no one's time will be wasted in the end in case the compensation they could give is not suitable for you.

The interview process consists of four stages: a Phone Call, Pair Programming, Technical + Culture assessment, and an Offer. The focus of the interview will be more on problem-solving abilities than technical skills. At the end of each stage, interviewers will request feedback on the round.
