Anyone with general aptitude skills can pass. 2nd round was a programming test, to write a not that simple but not difficult program in php - to create a simple blog system. Php documentation where provided. I cracked it, Then there was technical interview, in which they asked about projects and experiences in coding. Then there was 2 telephonic interviews 1 technical and one managerial. Basic php questions where asked in technical interview.
