After the initial screening round with HR got a call for next round with my apparent reporting manager. The call went on for over an hour way beyond the nitty gritties . An extreme in depth analysis of my work ethics, protocols and methods. After such a grilling detailed call I was hoping I’d make it to the next round atleast. But I didn’t . Waste of time !
