The interview was relatively painless. I learned that I have a lot to learn about designing for a living game, as opposed to console games, where once it's released, you are done with THAT product. They were very forthcoming with their use of live user data to help design better experiences.
Pleasant and felt heard , great ennvironment and reception and good scheduling for the interview , ended up having a tour in the building and sections great people to owrk with

Smooth and friendly.
Expectations were clearly set. The team was proactive in communicating requirements and also patient to listen to any concerns or questions regarding the job. They are open to a hybrid working style and have quite a few employee benefits

3-4 face to face interviews happened and it was really great. The Interviewers are really helpful and understanding they encourage you so much and give you space to think and it felt more like a Brainstorm session
