The first round was a screening interview with the HR team. The second round was an interview with the hiring manager and the third and final round was an interview with the HR head. The rounds had a mix of behavioral, and situational questions based on my experience and knowledge. During the interview process, they took the time to answer my questions and provided me with valuable insights about the company and the role. The HR team was very prompt in scheduling the interview and provided me with all the necessary information regarding the interview process. Overall, I had a very positive interview experience at Zydus Wellness. The company demonstrated a high level of professionalism, transparency, and genuine interest in getting to know me as a candidate and providing me with a good offer.
