Entrevista
Initial Screening:
The process began with an initial screening call from the HR department. During this call, I was asked about my background, my experience, and why I was interested in the position. It was a brief but important step to ensure that my qualifications aligned with the role.
Technical Assessment:
The next stage was a technical assessment. This was a difficult part of the interview process, where I was given a set of problems to solve related to structural engineering. The problems covered a range of topics, including reinforced concrete design, structural analysis, and shell structures. I had to demonstrate my problem-solving skills and my ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations.
