The CDO (Chief Data Officer) of a department from Zurich Services Malaysia was the interviewer. Came to ask questions and understand if the candidate is suitable or not. Sound like a small team to work with. CDA kept boasting about his year 1 and year 2 employees able to do programming, is looking for a lead. Fortunately interview was done online and no further time is wasted. I would have never attend this interview if the job description is accurate. I highlighted that the job description is inaccurate but in ego he denied and insisted his job description was correct.
