I applied the internship via a funded program. Only online interview which consists of two rounds. First, interviewed with the human resource officer then interview with the team manager. No any assessment.

The first interview was with someone from Human Resources, then with the head of department. Got a reply a couple hours after my second interview. Very fast process. The first interview was online, while the second was at the offices.

Straight forward process. Psychometrics were akin to CBA's, two simple coding questions in your language of choice and around 6 one way interview questions with a 3 minute timer and a redo each.

The recruiter was not fully present during the interview and never responded to my follow-up email about the process. Additionally, I was asked to provide personal documentation in the first interview, which felt inappropriate given how early it was in the process. Very poor candidate experience
