Several online tests, a one to one video interview and then finally an in person assessment day. The assessment day consisted of an interview, a case study and then, after lunch, assessed groupwork, culminating in a presentation. The case study and groupwork were based on the same area which was relevant and interesting. Lunch wasn't very good, for whatever that is worth.
