The recruiter was great, but the guy whose team I'd be on made it very clear he had no intention of hiring me before the interview started. Didn't let me speak, tell about myself, just said I wasn't qualified. Only wanted to get his rocks off meeting me because I had an interesting career path. Literally said "i just had to meet somebody like this." Wasted my time and was a jerk about it in the process. Then the recruiter never even followed up afterward.
