Once applied your profile is reviewed, if shortlisted below is the process:
1. Recruiter initially contacts you to understand what do you know and what are your expectations.
2. Techno-Managerial Interview: Its a 30-60 minutes call with the Hiring manager. You will be assessed on your experience and why would you like to join this role.
3. Technical/Managerial: Based on your performance in the previous discussion you will be judged by another manager to get a second opinion.
4. Panel Round (4-5 Members): In this round you will have to prepare a slide introducing yourself and you have to do a role play of TAM, as if you are addressing the actual customers on a weekly meeting.
