The interview began with a questionnaire asking about my goals and values and asked me to write a personal mission statement. Then Bethany asked me told me about the company and the position. She asked about myself and asked a few interview questions. The questions were ones that made you think and really helped the company get to know me as well as me getting to know the company. Bethany was very personable and thorough.

The interview process itself was very in depth and detail oriented. I felt that the company was truly concerned with placing the correct individual and their skill set with the position that fit them best. The questions asked were directed to understand a person's goals and objectives not only in past positions but in potential opportunities going forward. I felt as if the company really wanted to get to know the individual and not just fill a job opening.
