HR screening asked about experience.
Final interview: why do you want to work at Zopa? What attracts you to the company? How would you approach this (insert case question) problem/situation.
No situational questions but clear communication key to doing well in the process. Lots of discussion about prior experience during final interviews.
Main thing to highlight beyond obvious is how you can tick each and every box required for the role.
