The process begun by a technical phone call with team lead and a manager , asking technical questions regarding various technologies related to the infrastructure.Questions didn't so hard to be answered if you have an experience working with infrastructure. Then , they asked for onsite personal interview at their office at Munich for HR and another meet the team so they can do like round table testing technically me.I did do the visit after travelling for more than 4 hours by train , then stayed for more than 2hours for further interviewing with the team. The visit didn't seem so bad except they seemed to self-evaluate me in which I don't have a problem with that. The problem, They neither follow up on the process ( that is 2018 and no good HR team do that anymore , even when I asked by email for that) nor reimburse me for the train tickets as they said they would do. As much as I was eager to join the company because of their business and industry, I really regret being engaged in a process with such non-professional team
