You are interviewed over the phone by being asked some basic questions and to see what your personality is like. For the in person interview, you meet with two different people. The first portion is a Q&A with basic interview questions as well as discussing your skills. The second part is problem solving. You are given two problems to solve to see your efficiency, etc.
