Worst interview ever Had applied via linkedin. Got an automated email for a behavarial assessment. A test along the lines of MBTI. After the assessment i got an email that the organisation is not moving ahead with my profile. - No contact from company HR - No in depth description of about the role, what product I'll work on. Nothing

Applied online and a recruiter reached out the same day. Did a basic phone screen after which I got an email asking questions which very much belong in an interview. Stuff like "tell me about a challenging problem you solved" or "why do you want to work for ZI?". I swallowed my pride and answered. Moreover, they had me do an online IQ test which I frankly found insulting. After that I spoke with one of the engineers and answered some simple technical questions (system design, some easy leetcode). One thing to note is that the interviewer picked the language. I had been doing all my prep in python (like most engineers do) and the different syntax threw me off. After that interview, it took a turn. The recruiter kept scheduling and rescheduling the followup. He would offer me a time slot for the following day and then disappear for days on end when I indicated that I couldn't make such short notice work. This happened multiple times. In general, getting information out of him was like pulling teeth. After the last one I withdrew my application. This was an extremely unprofessional process and I feel like my time has been wasted. If the company is run anything like the interviews are, I'd recommend staying far far away.
