Applied online through Indeed, then did a quick phone interview with HR (about 20-30 minutes) mostly talking about general questions from my resume, then did an in person interview with clinic manager going into more situational job related questions

You start with one phone call interview where the interview just gets to know you (they missed my first phone interview and had to reschedule it). Then, you shadow an associate in clinic followed by an in person interview at headquarters.
