I had a recruiting screening, then an interview with two hiring manager and then later a roleplay that I needed to prepare. I worked diligently for the roleplay and the team mentioned that I would be speaking to their director as a next step and the recruiter would work to schedule that call. After two weeks of not hearing back about the scheduling I got a canned rejection email saying I didn’t get the role where other companies would provide a personal email from the recruiter. Definitely was rude and dishonest in the interview process considering they mentioned they were moving me to the next round and the recruiter completely ignored me and gave no response. Very disappointed in this process and had little respect for the interviewer.

Recruiter reached out a week after submitting my resume. Call with recruiter went well, claimed they were pushing my resume on the next round and that i'd hear more within 2-3 days. From there, radio silence for over a week and I had to reach out to the recruiter to hear that they weren't moving forward.
