Had initial screening round with HR. It was very well structured and scheduled. Post initial screening I got to know that my profile was rejected by hiring manager which was unfortunate.

There is disconnect between HR & Hiring Manager. Based on hiring manager questions, I have described properly how I have worked with multiple teams : Sales, Marketing, Customer success, Product Manger, R & D & Support & created unique business proposal which lead to tons of new opportunities. But HR gave feedback that i don't have experience working with different teams. So basically, there is huge disconnect internally within zoom. Although they have grown fast, happy for them & wish them best of luck but success is not easy & not everyone can handle it. So my advice is that zoomies need to be humble & open mind when try to hire.
