Initially Impressed...Hiring Manager not so much I received a request for interview after a week of applying online. The scheduling system was quick and excellent. The recruiter Brendan made the interview process enjoyable as he was quick to connect with others. On the other hand, the hiring manager was not very pleasant. We did not have a connection and the entire time, she asked me questions instead of allowing me time to ask questions. It was a very one-sided interview. What's worse was that she said I would be moving forward to speak with other managers soon, to find out by HR that I was not the right fit. I am willing to accept that I'm not the right fit, but to lie to me about getting another interview with the other managers in the next few days... Very unprofessional and I'm glad to not be a part of this team.
