Entrevista
Overall the process was pleasant enough. Barbara, Lisa and Anthony came over very well and always seemed happy to help when we communicated. I enjoyed the discussions with Axel, Daniel and Uwe.
As my previous position was made redundant I would have been happier if the time between the interviews with Daniel and Uwe and the feedback hadn't taken so long. Also seems unnecessary to send a meeting request suggesting "next steps/ feedback" only to find out find out I didn't get the position. Should have just lead with the sorry you didn't get it email. I didn't presume I had the position beforehand, but on reflection that part6 of the process did seem to lack empathy.

Four rounds of interviews - Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Technical interview and cultural fit. The process took around one month and all interviewers were nice which made the atmosphere relaxed and plesant.

First interview was straightforward. Open conversation. Asked about why I applied what my work history was and shared next steps in the process. They answered a few questions I had and differed some to the hiring manager on the next step.
