I had an interview with a junior person who had no clue how to interview a senior scientist. He had no questions prepared in advance he had no clue about details in my resume. He had no idea which project uses what algorithms and he was asking about details of irrelevant projects to the role in my 20 years of work never met such an unprepared interviewer
