The whole interview process was awkward. The first interview with HR went fine as expected, though she didn’t know much about the role and asked me questions about some nuances of the job (I thought I was supposed to ask these questions). The next round with the Director level person was not much better. She had not read my resume prior to the interview and was super surprised to know we both went to the same college (did my research about the person I was going to interview with) and asked me basically to recite my experience from the resume. I guess they already found a person for the role prior to the interview. Anyways, very unprofessional.
