They reached out to me via LinkedIn. It started with a screen, followed by an interview with a sales manager, then a role play sales demo. I felt that only one real interview before a sales role play was too few. I wanted to get to know the company and team better before committing that much prep and work time. They pushed me through anyway. I spent several hours prepping for the exercise and did quite well. They then had me meet with a sales director, then offered me the job. The interview process was slow. Initially, they wanted me to start ASAP and said they moved quickly. However, it was about 10 weeks from the screen to the offer. Everyone at the company is new, so it's hard to get a straight answer on anything. Overall, I felt that they weren't listening to my needs or questions, so I passed.

Recruiter reached out a week after submitting my resume. Call with recruiter went well, claimed they were pushing my resume on the next round and that i'd hear more within 2-3 days. From there, radio silence for over a week and I had to reach out to the recruiter to hear that they weren't moving forward.

Several interviews-- and a presentation. Felt a bit like a mens club and withdrew after several interviews. The Zoom boom is over. I get the feeling that the put a lot of pressure on their employees when the job market is simply changed from covid times.
