1. Recruiter Screening, 2. Call with hiring manager. Both were positive and I received good feedback from the hiring manager to enter the next stage which included to speak to another manager - he said I should expect an email from the recruiter to schedule a time. Unfortunately, I have never heard anything again. Over a period of roughly 3 weeks, I wrote 2 follow-up emails to the recruiters with no response, and reached out to the hiring manager with no response. It's disappointing to be ignored after positive feedback and I would wish for a company like Zoom to have a minimum of courtesy and respect to at least share a rejection email to their candidates.
