The interview process seemed primarily focused on meeting specific performance metrics, rather than assessing my skills or experience in depth. It felt more like a numbers-driven evaluation than a genuine discussion of my qualifications.

Conducted over Zoom. Focused on behavioral questions and situational scenarios. They were particularly interested in how I handle difficult customers and multitasking.

This included a role-play exercise where I had to respond to a frustrated customer experiencing technical issues with video calls. I was evaluated on communication, empathy, and problem-solving.
