Incredibly disorganized recruiting process. I applied, went through the initial screening, was told I was a great candidate and that the hiring manager would be following up with me shortly. 2 weeks went by and I followed up asking for an update on the interview timeline, and the recruiter responded with an invite to set up another initial screening (which I had already done). Clearly the recruiter didn't even read the content of my follow up email.
