I went through an extensive interview process that included five interviews, two work samples, and a 15–20 minute presentation for an individual contributor role. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The presentation prompt was sent after business hours on a Friday, with a deadline to present it by Monday, leaving little time to prepare. During the presentation, I was asked questions unrelated to the prompt, which made the process feel disorganized. After all that, I never received any follow-up or closure. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy and communication.
