I had a skype interview which started late. The interviewer was totally unprofessional and asked vague questions (nothing on CS data structures etc) wherein if you could read his mind you could ace the interview.
The interviewer had not read my resume and was unfamiliar with the job I was applying for. When I asked more about the job he said most likely I will be his boss :(
The entire session was a waste of time and skype was an overkill. In fact, I got the feeling that the jobs are not real but rather some advts to satisfy existing employees permanent residence application.

Entrevista
I applied on their career page. I was contacted shortly after asking for my availability for a recruiter screen. I submitted my preferences and the recruiter set up a time and emailed me an invite which I accepted. I was prepared and ready at the set time and the recruiter never called. I emailed about 15 minutes into the interview time asking if we needed to reschedule but never got a response. About a week later I received a templated rejection. Job searching is hard enough without unprofessional behavior like this.
