After responding to the job post online I heard back within 24 hours via phone; I would consider this phone call an initial screening in which I was asked to describe myself and my past experience. The following day I came into the office for an interview with two staff members, although some of the questions and comments were rather blunt I felt that the interview went well. The next week I was asked to come in for a final interview. Instead of being asked about my past experience or skills I felt that the majority of the questions had to do with my personal background and beliefs. Overall I felt personally accosted and that this final interview was very unprofessional.
