A long process just to work there and a mandatory 90% on menu test. Pass then they don’t schedule you. They would cut you early because you’re affecting their labor cost and so training was a joke if it was really slow.

I came in to fill out an application, the manager reviewed it immediately after I filled it out and sat down to talk to me. He asked me a few typical interview questions, like why did you leave your last position and how did you hear about the restaurant. Then he asked a few questions about myself and what I think is important as a server. After hearing my answers he said he was going to offer me the job and gave me a time to come in for orientation.

They interview everyone how comes in and it’s super easy to get hire there. The management sucks there so beware! They interview literally anyone who asks for an application. They had me come on monday and if you come in late you’re automatically no longer on the team.
