Whereas the overall experience with ZipRecruiter was a difficult and traumatic one, the Talent Acquisition Team was extremely effective and efficient with their ATS system and their processes, what you should expect from a company like this. However, the remains of the organization lacked something to be desired.

Pregunta 1
The initial interview was via phone and was fairly quick and painless. The second interview was challenging in that there was an additional phone interview followed by a role play ad it was for a sales role. It was a lengthy process but they did contact me the same day with an offer.
The interview last maybe 2/3 weeks. It was pretty straight forward. Standard phone screen, then met with both my the Director and VP Of Sales.
Great process, not too painful.

2 interviews with managers playing real life scenarios. apparently I need 30 words. I don't have any other words. It was a really easy interview process. Really really really really really really okay process.
