The interviewing process was thorough. There were various stages to the process- I was phone screened a few times before given a timed coding-exercise. In the last stage, I met the whole team and got to spend at 5-10 minutes talking to each of them. The way they do it is really optimal because they get a sense for if you are a good fit for them and if they are a good fit for you.
