Weird process, got approached via Cord. Had initial call, just talking about experience and the company. Then had a call with two non technical people. They asked about some behaviour or tried to ask about technical questions. I don’t even remember what it was, because it only took 20 mins and it was pretty empty conversation since I couldn’t ask them anything technical related to job(they immediately would reply they don’t know since they aren’t technical). And then I received “no thank you”, I don’t even know what happened and how can they judge someone without actually having any knowledge on the technical position itself. Weird process. Would not recommend since they are not clear on what they need and how to communicate
