Initial interview with HR was fine. Interview with hiring manager was awkward as he was busy. Didn't appear on first call and didn't cancel either. Was very short notice on the second call which was a good week after the initial planned call. Interview was fine. Standard CSM type questions asked. Was advised that other candidates were being interviewed and that I'd hear back in up to 2 weeks. Radio silence after that. No responses. Chased up after about 2 weeks and was advised that they are still interviewing and that they'll get back to me soon. It's now been a few weeks after that and I've not heard a thing. Clearly not been offered the role but they should out of courtesy at least reach out to advise.
