First I received a questionnaire about my preferences in remote work and salary. I then received a Task with a reasonable deadline.
Had an HR call, Technical meeting and a final meeting with the CEO.

They kept asking about my desired salary and asked about my current payslip.
First round was telephonic and i got selected then hr discussion. After the discussion they took so much time to decide. And then got the confirmation mail.
