I interviewed at my school for the co-op position. There was a secondary interview on site with a facility tour and interview with management. I received feedback and the position shortly after interviewing.

First step was a phone interview reviewing the resume and prior experiences. For the on-site interview they provided a detailed tour of the facilities and process before the interview. Interview consisted of behavioral questions and understanding technical drawings.
