I was contact via email after applying to the position through the company website. I received a call from a recruiter that was very nice and pleasant during the phone interview. Questions consisted of my background information listed on my resume as well as various questions about why I looked for a new opportunity. After the phone screen I was notified a week or so later about attending a face to face interview for the position. I interviewed with 4 different interviewers from various areas within HR. After four hours of interviewing I was notified that I would be contacted later after their deliberation. I did not receive a call or follow up for about a month and a half. I was worried I did not get the position but then I was notified that a decision was made and that I was selected. I submitted to a background check and drug test before I could start my new position. I accepted the offer and started two weeks later.
