It was a phone screening initially. They were asking normal questions and confirmed my background and experience. Later, I had another interview with the manager and director where questions were just from my resume and they were pretty in depth technical questions.
Then at the end, few behavioural questions were asked like what are your strengths, weakness, what would you like to change in yourself.

Direct an efficient, coordinated between HR and the director. Questions very centric to supporting R&D, RA, QA, etc. in general, and then specifically for EU MDR and FDA submissions. nice company but you need to be prepared to answer technical questions within the field. They are quite challenging but seem to be growth oriented for professional development. I was an entry level applicant for the role
