My interview process was very thorough, It consisted of 2 phone interviews followed by 3 in-person interviews. The initial phone call was very informal and mostly get to know you questions. Following that the process becomes more formal and direct. Make sure to be prepared and do your research on the company and their products.

The first interview was with HR over the phone and just went over resume. The second interview was also on the phone and very casual interview that didn't ask too many detailed questions.
Lengthy process and lack of communication fosters a sense that they are looking for someone better. 5 interviews and then they say there’s an internal candidate with way less experience
