I was called to a phone interview and had been sent a Calendly invite which I promptly booked a slot. On the day of the interview, I did not receive a call on the specified time. Worried, I realised that they wanted to call on Whatsapp, which was different from my phone number. 10min in, I responded over email to the organiser about the fact, and received no response. I sent another follow up email, nada. No call on my normal phone or whatsapp. The timeslot passes, so I send a follow up mail that I will attempt to rebook for a later slot (since the interviewer didn't show up to the interview - classic!). Which I did, and no response, no call. TWICE. Lastly, I follow up on LinkedIn and the interviewer was basically a no show, never responded, never reorganised. GREAT introduction to your company. DEFINITELY not interested.

An external agency contacted me and set up the interviews. There were two face to face rounds on the same day. Sql round and another product round. .
One interviewer asked me a question which made no theoretical sense. Spent a lot of time explaining why the question didn't make sense. One interviewer did not have a case study prepared. They were kind of shooting in the dark with questions.
After the second round, the interviewer showed me out. The HR didn't even bother to meet me after the interview. I emailed the HR and my interviewers thanking them for their time and they didn't reply. And of course, they never contacted me about the outcome. Very unprofessional and downright rude.
